My primary goal is to interpret a space, place or installation and distill it into two dimensions – as completely, accurately and with as much feeling as possible.
I specialize in architecture, interiors and installation documentation – both retail as well as art installations. I also perform art copy services, to exacting specifications, both on location or in my Alameda studio.
Background:
I have many years of experience, starting under the dark cloth shooting 4x5 film, which I drum scan myself on a Heidelberg S3900. I now primarily shoot digitally and have extensive experience with all forms of digital capture, processing and output. For eight years I managed the imaging department of a large format printing and design firm, taking imagery from film, scanning backs, and medium format digital to output on presses, LVT, Durst Lambda, Lightjet and a host of large format inkjet devices.
